PRINCIPE DI SAVOIA (*****L): This is one of Milan's most highly regarded hotel (and largest palace hotel in Italy), perpetuating since 1927 its tradition of prestige and hospitality. Meticulously restored to the highest standards, each of the Principe Di Savoia's 274 best hotels in milano principe di savoiaguest rooms and 125 suites has been furnished in elegant nineteenth century Lombard style. The Presidential Suite is actually palatial: it occupies 490 square meters on the rooftop, equipped with sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath... and private pool! Inaugurated in April 2000, the Royal Suite is also quite remarkable. Located on the first floor of the hotel, it overlooks the Piazza della Repubblica. Its 160 square meters feature a spacious hall, a sitting room with lacunar ceiling, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which has a Jacuzzi).  Precious fabrics, ivory-toned boiseries and traditional furnishings are regarded here as a standard. Through an highly sophisticated design, the main lobby, salons and public rooms have faithfully recaptured the atmosphere and style of turn-of-the-century Milan. It is the style called "Eclecticism" by historians of architecture: a synthesis of the diverse international currents that influenced Milan architecturally at that time and found expression in the Milanese "Belle Epoque". The ground floor has an exterior of wrought iron and glass, extended in verandas along the entire front in the style of Milan's famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The expanse in front of the hotel encloses a beautiful Italian garden.

The Principe Di Savoia is also very well known among the “happy few” for the quality of its cuisine. Frequented by an eclectic mixture of visiting statesmen, movie stars, fashion designers and top models, the Ristorante Galleria has been awarded as one of the best restaurants in town. Casually elegant, the Cafe Doney offers Milanese breakfast, light lunch and afternoon tea. A relaxing piano enhances the atmosphere of the Bar Giardino d'Inverno.

The Principe Di Savoia is, last but not least, appreciable for its excellent "Club 10" SPA. Modern, fully equipped with outdoor solarium, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, it offers interesting programs like shiatsu and traditional Thai massages. Facial, eyes and toning body treatments, manicure and pedicure are also provided.

Extremely well located, conveniently accessible from everywhere in the city, this is a great address: both for tourists and businessmen.

Rates go from approximately US$ 470 till US$ 700 up. Suite rates and special package available on request.

Part of the Dorchester Group, this is one of The Leading Hotels of the World.
